Last week I saw what truly must be the most awesome postcard EVER!
These playable vinyl postcards were produced in the 1960’s all the way to the mid ’70’s mainly in Poland and Eastern Europe. I suppose today it would be the equivalent of writing out your wishes on a CD, putting a stamp on it, and sending it to your loved ones. That wouldn’t make any sense… so why do vinyl postcards seem so freaken cool? Honestly, it must be a vintage thing.
As you could imagine the quality of the recording wasn’t great at all, but 40 years later we still managed to get Hendrix to play on a record player. Now that’s cool.
